What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Sodexo Management Services?

Building my team. I inherited a poorly functioning, disjointed staff. I had to eliminate the unproductive and disruptive elements, hire and promote the best people available, make clear to my staff my and Sodexo's expectations, and then give them the resources to do their jobs.

What's the secret to getting hired at Sodexo Management Services?

Persevere. Sodexo GMs prefer to hire from within, so don't give up.
