What was the main reason for accepting your job (location, opportunity, money) at PHILIPPINE LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE COMPANY?

PLDT is a stable company with good compensation and the location is very accessible. Having lots of trainings and seminars given helps enhancing my capabilities.
