What advice would you give to a new employee at
MITRE?
Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate. There are very few silos here at MITRE, in fact they are strongly discouraged, except in cases where security issues apply. Even then, the culture facilitates wherever possible the exchange of best practices, best methodologies, etc. Any way that we can best support ALL of our government sponsors, we strive to do so. Being seen as a go-to-person is a great advantage here and is something that can greatly advance one's career/professional growth at MITRE....
