What's one of the projects you worked on at Duke University?

The biggest project I've worked on at Duke was managing the production of an interactive CD to promote the use of our course management system. The disc, which had a budget of about $25K was distributed to all of the faculty at the university.

What was your major and how applicable is it to your position at Duke University?

My major was Public and Applied History, which looks at teaching history in non-traditional settings, such as museums. It's a good background for someone interested in applying teaching to technology.

What are five things you can see from your desk at Duke University?

I'm in a cubicle space where I work on the lower level of the Library. I'm one of the lucky few with a window. From there, I see our new engineering complex which has structures on top that resemble giant Legos.
