How did you find your job at TMP Worldwide?

I hate to admit this, but answering a newspaper ad. It was 1996... the Internet was just for melvins back then.

What's one of the projects you worked on at TMP Worldwide?

I helped AT&T Wireless reduce their costs per hire for call center workers from $1500 to under $100 by using (what else?) the Internet. This was one of the first (if not the first) time that a comprehensive online recruiting program was launched to this audience.
