What's the interview process like at Jobster?

Mine was 3 1/2 hours long with 4 separate interviewers. The only room available (space is running short here) had 1.5 ft tall squishy chairs, an X-Box with a movie screen, and a dry erase board. The interviewers were on very tight schedules; specific, directed, pleasant.
