What's your workspace like at Wetpaint?

We have an open floor office plan which means that everyone is out on the floor, including management & executives. Our Sr. Director of Biz Dev plays D.J. most days, and we all groove to and groan at the playlists. Lots of natural light and green walls make it fell less like an office and more like a home.... read more

What's the interview process like at Wetpaint?

We do a phone screen, a technical screen, a round of in-person interviews with the hiring manager and team, and then a round of interviews with people outside of the work group (including our CEO). It takes about a week, sometimes longer depending on schedules, but we want our candidates to know everything about us!... read more
