How would you describe your time at united states postal service?

My basic position has been that of a city carrier. I am in the 204B(supervisor customer service) area at this time. I am responsible for managing 31 carriers and maintaining all necessary reports as well as dealing with the public on a daily basis. A copy of my resume is available upon request.
