How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

I would love a career that enables me to better organize companies for higher efficiency and increased organization. Many companies have orgainzational flow charts that include departments/people in decisions that contradict job descriptions and design. Many of these waste time and resources, and are easily remedied. I like to evaluate the producitivity of employees and develop plans that will revitalize and renew employees commitment to a company; a happy employee is a productive employee. That simply means that companies need to look at what employees are looking for to satisfy their needs: higher wages, better benefits, job sharing, flexible hours... By identifing these needs and the mission statement and focus and needs of the business, you can determine if changes can be made to enhance life/work balance. Gone are the days of generations of families working for the same company, and by default gone is much of the dedication and commitment. Todays workers demand more and more from employers. My ideal job would be to help sove this need, while enhancing the business. Because at the end of the day, it is a profit that is owed to investors, and without profit the employee has no job.... read more
