How would you describe your time at Metromedia Restaurant Group...?
Very rewarding and have consistently had promotions and increased job responsibilities. Started as a manager trainee. Ten years as a General Manager. Opened 2 stores as GM. Became AD in '92. Supervised up to 13 stores at one point. Promoted to Regional Franchise Director in 1999. Consulted with 13 groups with 40 restaurants. Oriented new franchisees to the system and helped them open 25 sites over 8 years. Currently again an Area Director supervising 9 stores in Colorado and Kansas....
