What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?

my interviewer asked me ,what did i do to help someone wit a problem that didn't pretain to this company?

i answered a customer had some golf clubs that weren't frm this store i called up a couple other stores to see if they could assist him and it went great.
