I have over thirty-three years of experience in USAF logistics and twenty-eight years of specialized logistics experience supporting Security Assistance countries. Solid experience in logistics (maintenance, supply and transportation) support. Proven experience in managing weapon system sales and support to foreign countries to meet their Air Force requirements. Diplomatic abilities to meet with and gain the confidence of foreign air force personnel. Strong international experience working with foreign countries such as: United Kingdom, Brazil, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Peoples Republic of China, Israel and Egypt. Skilled in the management of others and in team building. A professional with a positive attitude and a team player that is customer oriented. Sound decision-making abilities and a "how can we make it work" attitude. Excellent communications and organizational skills with solid project management experience. The majority of my career has been involved with supporting the USAF Security Assistance program. I have worked both as a program and country manager. During this time I represented AFSAC in system sale Letter of Offer and Acceptance presentations in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia and the Peoples Republic of China. In my various Command Country Manager assignments, I was responsible for the total USAF Security Assistance logistics support for Morocco and Tunisia, and follow-on logistics support to the Israeli and Egyptian Air Forces. Prior to assuming my current duties I lead the Center Supply Performance & Analysis office and managed the USAF Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Arrangement (CLSSA) program that supports 44 Security Assistance customers. In these roles I have met, discussed, and briefed country Security Assistance programs with all levels of foreign air forces, SAF/IA, DSCA and US Embassy staffs.

My last position was as Deputy Director charged with the management and direction of Security Assistance (SA) programs for 59 countries and nine NATO organizations in the NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM AND EUCOM regions valued at more than $32.6B. Direct the work of 75 personnel through four Flight Directors. As a member of the 555 IGP Commander's leadership staff, play a key role in SA planning and process improvements related to all facets of SA program implementation, execution and closure.
