How would you describe your time at InstallShield?
At InstallShield, Ben led a team of developers and designers who revamped the product Web site, raised customer satisfaction scores, and increased site response time by more than 400% through standardization of the site and simplifying the customer conversion process. Traffic increased by more than 30% in a one-year period for an already well-known company. Prior to that, he started a successful keyword advertising program while increasing the productivity of the online seminars using new processes and applications he developed. Lead generation from the online seminars grew more than five-fold. As the Director of eBusiness, he improved the handling of customer contact and communication in the CRM system and improved the reliability of supporting systems while reducing maintenance cost.
