In charge of Server and Tool Business International (STBI) UA localization projects.
Completed full/partial product cycle from planning to shipping including AppV (v4, Web Release and 64bit), SCCM (Russian release), SCOM (R2 & MOM Pack), VMM (V3 and Web release), SCE and SCUP (Web Release)
Drove all engineering efforts for the localization of team's products
In charge of project budget/financing and vendor management.
Worked upstream with core teams to implement a solid pseudo localization process
Evangelized localizability and localization to the core team
Implemented strong resource commenting
Implemented all piloting tasks in preparation of UA handoff
Contributed to the content of the localization kit
Supported external vendor (prepare instructions and processes to be used by external vendors, answer queries, solve vendor problems, and handle bug management)
