- Lead teams with sizes 5-10 in implementing multiple projects.
- Leading Implementation/Architect for SAP/HP/Inventec Duet Appliance project aimed at bridging the divide between Microsoft Office and SAP backend.
- Utilized agile methodologies across multiple organizations to increase project transparency and inter-team communication.
- Currently implementing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) module by supporting production-line thin clients with a management server solution, utilizing Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, and Enterprise Library.
- Also leading an effort to design a HP based EDITS solution for Inventec Manufacturing. Allowing different trading partners to customize shipping label and data using XSD and XSLT.

How would you describe your time at Healthcare Transactions Pro...?
- Revived a bug-ridden core business package through redesign, coding, and testing with the assistance of Change Management Team and QA Team.
- Designed and developed a multi-threaded socket layer interface for the core business package for serving Hospital Information Systems.
- Implemented a Healthcare X12 EDI to XML translator component to take place in a long running transaction workflow.
- Participated in the development of a major software package with a team of 5 aimed at improving the efficiency and speed of eligibility request processing between payer and Hospital Information Systems.
* My first job as a .NET developer in which I had a chance to passionately put into use what I have learned in the months following graduation. Never satisfied with the "book ways", I learned to look outside of the box for better ways to create software applications....

How would you describe your time at Healthcare Transaction Proc...?
- Designed and implemented a web-based application for Service Level Agreement reporting. Dynamically generated PDF reports to reflect system performances across multiple platforms over various time periods. Intensively used PHP, MySQL, and Apache Server technologies.
- Created and developed a dynamic tree view of corporate structures, organizing data associated with searching capability, and reporting system performances at different levels. The tree application is powered by JavaScript.
- Worked on teams of 4-5 to research new technologies and making decisions pertaining to application designs, documentation, and performance tuning.
* I met some pretty interesting people in this company who taught me greatly in terms of how to write great software programs. It was here that I was introduced to the .NET platform....

How would you describe your time at The Ohio State University?
Although I picked up .NET skills after graduation but I still owe much of what I learned to the foundation I grasped during college. Business ethics and software engineering practices are two of the best lessons I learned while in college. I didn't do well in the classes I didn't show much interest in and when I finally realized their importance I am already years into my career....
