How would you describe your time at Orbital Engineering?
Switching from a Drafting/Engineering position to Sales was quite a jump for me, and I think it helped to break me out of my shell. I learned a great deal about communication with customers and employees in the engineering/inspection fields and about each different industry.
Job Tasks:

Maintained knowledge and awareness of Orbital???s services to effectively educate existing and potential customers about Orbital???s capabilities
Engaged company engineers and inspectors in onsite project visits to gain insight to Orbital???s customers??? needs
Fostered a strong working relationship with customers in order to better enable communication between the customer and engineer or inspector
Designed advertisements for magazines, brochures, and programs...

Employed reverse engineering techniques to produce working drawings of parts in situations where customers could furnish a sample of the part, but could not furnish drawings from their previous production company...
