Job description:
1- Install the business software application at server or site.
2- Train users on new Workflow software, and implementing the Business & Workflow system according to the company???s policies Train using both of (English or Arabic).
3- Setting up the company structure (organizations, jobs, and positions)
4- Implementing the payroll module setup the (insurance rule & monthly transactions & GL & recruitment budget.etc)
5- Train & implement additional modules like:
o Medical & Benefit plans
o Recruitment & Training events
o Personnel Information (Vacations, Misconducts, Documents)
o Employee's evaluation (objectives, appraisal, employee's competencies, performance and Career paths )
6- Gathering and analyse the requirements and develop a business process.
7- Get test cases from customers.
8- Communicate with developers for any new requirements or customization needed by customer.
9- On-side support for customers to go-live.
10- Delivering the required documentation for customer through the implementation life-cycle.
11- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders and update project plan.
