How would you describe your time at Open Solutions IA Systems?
I initially started as a QA Analyst in the Software Development Department. This included testing our Loan Origination System, writing test cases, some automation testing and writing test scripts. I was promoted to Business Analyst for the Implementations Department where I continue to work with clients in 3 key ways. 1. To train and assist clients in writing and configuring how our automated software can render decisions on a loan based on client criteria. 2. Map interfaces so that our loan origination system can communicate with the financial institutions' host system and ancillary systems, and 3. Map and code forms to be used within the loan origination system. Other common expectations include troubleshooting both inside and outside of the top 3 which necessitates general knowledge of the entire system....
