Direct and coordinate activities of the IT division. Administer multiple Windows servers, Exchange servers, user account maintenance and backup procedures. Maintain and troubleshoot TCP/IP based Ethernet network infrastructure including cabling, hubs, switches, routers, and firewalls. Coordinate and maintain network security, including virus, adware, and spyware software. Plan and manage the implementation of hardware and software solutions based on user specifications. Install new, and maintains existing hardware and software. Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with computer systems or PC's, identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users. Analyze plans and install new personal computer systems, review, monitor, and upgrade existing personal computer systems. Analyzes products and recommend use of new products and services to clients. Additional responsibilities include mobile devises....
