How would you describe your time at discover financial services?

I was responsible for assisting my team (Merchant Decision Support System Extract, Transform and Load) with many of their daily activities. I was required to assist with quality control, as well as design and testing of newly created graphs in Ab Initio to transform data.

How would you describe your time at Illinois State University C...?

I am the student manager of the help desk. I schedule several other students and ensure that our work gets done. We are responsible for maintaining about 250 computers that are spread out across ISU's campus. I am also responsible for some scripting to automate repetitive user tasks.
