How would your boss describe you?

My former bosses have described me as thorough. I am very detail oriented and strive to perform at a more than appropriate level. The Executive Director of my last position as a Resident Advisor stated that I was extremely professional and she could depend on me to handle work projects automonsly. While working in the staffing industry I recieved a reputation for delivering quality applicants to clients and hiring managers.
