Answering inbound calls from United Kingdom for "Theory Test" and schedule appointments. Assist in any inquiries the individual may have and direct them to the proper department in Manchester, England. Take credit cards for payment of their "Theory Test" (in USA is known as written exam).

This company is a daily labor employment agency. Candidates would come to Labor Ready, ready to go to work. Look at job board and select individuals who were waiting for a job assignment, to go out to work. After the morning rush, I would start cold-calling on prospective companies who may need temporary labor. Some companies call in job orders and I would call candidates in our staffing software to fill these jobs. At end of day, pay Labor Ready employees....
