Responsibilities

* Manage all requests and issues in regards to any of the 25
languages for the 4 internationalized products

* Serve as primary day-to-day contact in regards to the
translated products for external clients and internal teams

* Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner
for external clients and internal teams

* Manage project schedule and deliverables for product
translations and Global Services Implementations

* Create recommendations for product strategy/product
development for enhancements to products

* Develop and track work order list for problems found in
internationalized products

* Develop, manage recommendations for in-house spot checking
(QA) process

* Assist in the QA process for testing items related to
internationalization

* Assist with prioritizing language translation based on market
needs

* Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and
budget requirements

* Ensure that translation vendor is delivering on schedule, and
at the right level of quality

* Evaluate the translation process for effectiveness and making
changes where applicable

* Develop translation vendor guidelines & recommendations for
vendor quick ramp up

* Manage contract translators. Lead the interviewing and
selection of contractors

* Measuring quality of vendor services

* Input to SOW Requests.

Key Interfaces

* Assist with Product Solutions / Partner Management in
selecting vendors, and evaluating capabilities and pricing

* Work with Global Services to manage client translation
implementation and maintenance requirements

* Work with Product Strategy to manage product translation
implementation and maintenance

* Work with Senior I18N Architect in defining and applying best
practices, solutions, QA and overall quality of products

* Work with all other teams and areas of Internationalization
where applicable...
