Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My boss at my first job in HR. In a short period of time, he taught me everything I know about HR. The best quality he had was that he allowed me to roll with ideas. I learned more in 2 years than I could have in any class.

I can without a doubt say it was the best experience of my life. I was honored to be a member of such a historically rich community of intellects. I received the best education I could ever have received in the greatest city in the world!
