Get comfortable networking. I did not embrace networking but believe I would be at a different point in my career if I had networked more.

Conduit for communication to management of any supply / forecasting issues. Major source of ad-hoc reporting for the boarder Still Beverages (Non Carbonated) Unit’s Executive Leadership Team.

•Led volume forecasting process for customer groups, coordinating business critical information among cross function teams; National Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain. Accuracy up 20% over prior year.
•Created an Average Days Lead time report by customer that aided in anticipating customer’s additional orders before month end, increasing forecasting accuracy.
