How would you describe your time at Starbucks Coffee Company?

Working at Starbucks is a lot of fun, and being a barista provides a mix of routine, creativity and human interaction. It's also fulfilling in a way other jobs haven't been: I feel like I'm making personal connections with the people I serve, and I love the satisfaction of knowing I've delighted a customer with a perfectly crafted drink. I would prefer more tangible rewards for excelling, but I feel valued by my peers and superiors, and take pride in my work....
