What have your past employers loved about you?

My employer at one of my previous jobs loved that I held our team together. I was the one who could relate to each other member of our team. When people had problems with others, they would come to me help them find a solution to their problems. How would you describe your time at RWA Consulting?

I would describe my time at RWA Consulting as a learning process that whole time. From learning a computer program that I had never used before to learning how to manage field crews to get jobs done right in a timely manner, to learning how to deal with different types of clients.
