How would you describe your time at Daimler Chrysler Co.?
I began as an administrative credit clerk. Within six months I moved up to the leasing manager for Chrysler, Volksvagon, and Porche. This position began at loan inception and ended at payoff or liquidation. I was also responsible for all the titling transactions for all leased vehicles. After a year I became a collection supervisor managing a team of 15 to collect on 35,000 accounts, maintaining a delinquency level of .68 or less, and loss to liquidation of repossed accounts. After 5 years of collections, I was promoted to a customer service manager. In this position I handled incoming calls requiring account expertise in every area. I managed a team of 14 representatives responsible for handling every request our customers had about their accounts, titles, extensions, due date changes, and payoffs. I ended my career with Chrysler as a Credit analyst where I reviewed and purchased loans for 110 dealers in three states. My duties included reviewing loan documents, verifying income, references, and analyzing credit histories and the ability to pay. My loss percentage on loans put on the books was less than .50....
