Scott Lamer worked under my supervision as logistics manager for our Coffee Bike program in Rwanda. Scott assisted in the assembly of over 500 bikes, their distribution to remote coffee cooperatives and training of the local Rwandans on bike mechanics. Scott was very innovative, adaptable and hard working. He got along well with our staff and with the coffee farmers. I can recommend Scott without reservation. I will be glad to provide more information upon request.
