How would you describe your time at Hewlett Packard do Brasil?
Project Manager for the Enterprise sales segment (February 2005 to December 2005)
- Led cross-functional team through the reengeneering operational process of configuration, quotation, commercial and technical proposals, contracts and commercial policy, to increase TCE (Total Customer Experience).
- Managed and coordinated Big Deals in all sales cycle phases (Pre-Bid, Bid and Post-Bid), having "Datacenter Implementation - Souza Cruz " (US$ 10M) as the winning deal, consisting of hardware, software, installation and support services.
Operation Process Manager (June 2004 to February 2005)
- Responsible for the conception of "Operational Relationship Workflow" between HP and VIVO.
- Produced HP Brasil??s Commercial Policy based on existing corporative policies.
Proposal Development Manager (July 1999 to May 2004)
- Responsible for the start-up, implementation and management of two departments. The first being, the Proposal Center which elaborates commercial quotations, proposal production, issuing of legal documentation for proposals required by Brazilian Government proposals and other commercial and technical proposals. The second being, the Order Acceptance department which reviews and revises the purchase order process. Furthermore, implemented documents in order to process and diagnose improvement. Therefore, enabling quality control process, prepared reports and documentation for internal audits for both departments.
- Managed, hired, trained, and evaluated 40 employees, including outside contractors, located in 3 locations (two in S??o Paulo and one in Rio de Janeiro).
- Offered consulting services throughout Latin America in order to standardize the proposal process that was developed in Brazil.
- Trained employees from other Latin American countries in the elaboration of proposal processes.
- Combined a work process format which would appeal to our work environment as a result of various technical visitations of other HP proposal centers (US, Mexico and Canada) experiencing their day to day work process.
- Participated in many work groups coordinated by USA and European HP entities for software and process analysis.
- Developed and implemented web tools, along with a US system development team, for workflow control, productivity reports and optimizing standard proposal process.
- Maintained employee motivation during and after the downsizing of our team (40%), obtaining an increase of productivity through process realignment and people reassignment.

- Generated businesses in the education department, controlled costs, coordinated instructors and logistics, invoice issuing, led training projects in HP Brazil and worldwide....
