What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

Stay in school go to college, and become something better so you can get a job better than mine. I would tell them the pro's and con's of my job. I would let them know that it is never to late to learn, but it is alot easier to learn at an earlier age.

I am lead phlebotomist and I draw blood from in-patient and out patient department. I draw blood from young,older,elderly, and babies.

Filing for a 6 Dr. office.Printed schedules for Dr's on a daily bases,faxed results to other Dr's on a certain patient when needed,faxed RX's to pharmacy's,translated as needed,did confirmations of all office visits the day before,pulled charts of patients that would be see in the office.

I took all the basic subject's to become a CMA for 6 months, and then I did a month of intership at a Dr's office which was a total of 7 months all together.
