I felt like I wasn't getting the proper training needed to be successful with the company. Everything was watch and learn which is difficult to do at a technical support position. I felt like there should've been a class for that position. Other than that it was ok!

One of the best experiences in my work history. I handled different inquiries with customers and their manufacturer by setting service on their applicances. It was a call center and the enviroment was good to be around.

This was a temporary job. It started off a lil rough, but good thing for the training class. It made the job much easier by getting familar with different samsung cell phone devices. It feels good to help a customer with a technical issue! Especially if its difficult. I loved the challenge!

The first day I was amazed at what I was going to be doing. I got to ride around on a pallet jack all day everyday stacking sodas and putting them in a stage line. This job grades you on your performance which was a little frustarting becasue you have your good days and your bad days. I was always trying to be number one with my score. It was like a game which made work a little fun to go to!...
