What kind of job are you looking for?

I am looking for the sort of work place where being an independent self-starting critically thinking worker is not looked down on. Where taking orders is expected to go along with explanations for those orders.
I am looking for a job where I can help people without compromising on my integrity. I am searching for a work place where being a computer geek, a philosophy major and a social services person all go together or where anyone of those three areas of me are important.
