My most recent experience has been the ownership of a Staffing Services Corporation, managing 3 Branch offices, a Professional Services and Transportation Division. I have strong skills in providing and array of services such as Light industrial, Clerical, Administrative Assistants, Warehousing, Technical, Medical, Forklift Operators, Lab Technicians, Accountants, Managers, Supervisors and host of other categories. My responsibilities as an owner of my corporation, I was ultimately responsible for ensuring the longevity of the corporation byway of instituting diversity within each Branch by providing Temp-to-Hire, Direct-Placements, and to providing Professional Services such as Customer Service, Supervisory and Management Training.
My expertise would be within the areas of professional management, public relations, with an emphasis on strategic planning, development, implementation, sales, marketing, and analytical identification of forecasting, customer relations, recruiting, hiring, training, Unemployment, and Worker's Compensation management. Account payables, account receivables, payroll, management reports, writing and administering company policies, training, programs and marketing materials. I have strong organizational skills. I developed objectives for long-range goals and focused on quality and consistency.
