How would you describe your time at Travel Learning Connections?

-- Research speakers and manage all confirmation details and communications with speakers prior to the conference. Facilitate communication between moderators and speakers/panelists to shape the educational focus of sessions. Compile and edit the programming agenda for the conference resource directory.
-- Manage on-site conference details related to approximately 150 speakers; including supervising room sets and overseeing audio-visual for approximately 100 educational sessions. Manage and schedule approximately 10 volunteers and supervised the speaker check in desk staff.
-- Analyze survey data and create conference follow-up reports and PowerPoint presentation to be reviewed at several post-conference meetings. Coordinate details 5-10 regional programming meetings and the Executive Advisory Council Meeting, including space rental, catering, audio-visual, invitations, attendee contact information and airfare.

half-dozen trips out of La Paz, Mexico.
-- Managed reservation call volume, created reservation support schedule based on volume, monitored emergency cell phone line from two ships one weekend per month; trained new Expedition Specialists and reservation support persons.
