Built East Coast operations starting from scratch in 2000 with opening of Boston, then Washington, DC in 2004 and New York in 2006. Responsible for new business, staffing and client counsel and management. Never had a down year or laid off staff due to reduced revenues. LEWIS, known for its measurable approach to PR, is a global agency with 30 offices, with HQ in London, I was the second US-based employee in 2000. Ran corporate, crisis and internal communications for this 15,000 person, $325 million global business operating 20 contact centers that provided online and call-in tech support around the world. Operations also included a wholly-owned subsidiary that was launched in 1999. Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, EarthLink, Dell and HP were a few of the clients we supported. Reported to President / COO and proactively participated in executive management meetings.
