What profession other than yours would you like to try?

Other than journalism, I would try teaching. I would love to teach high school students English or literature.

How would you describe your time at The County Seat Newspaper?

I first started as an intern during the summer of 2005. I was able to go out into the field and report on town events, council meetings, and festivals. Now, as a freelance writer I contribute to each newspaper with profiles and feature stories.

How would you describe your time at New Jersey Monthly Magazine?

It has been amazing. I am able to interact with a small editorial news team, attend weekly meetings with editors and art directors and contribute each month with feature stories and profiles. I also fact check every article before going to print and write articles for two sister magazines.
