How would you describe your time at Giumarra Vineyards?
Started as a QC Tech and moved into the Personnel Department. Was responsible for the weekly payroll of 500+ temporary, 50+ union, and 20+ staff employees, as well as benefit administration, unemployment claims, and union negotiations. Also handled compliance with various government agencies, i.e., EDD, DOT, ATF, etc. Also handled Accounts Payable and compiled cost/production reports and budgets....
