As a Consultant, full manager authorization to a department of 10 members (7 FT, 3 IC) along with others of expertise within the COS Division-Crane Client on Enterprise 4. Using my expertise with Enterprise-auto pay, report smith, and management skills my team was able to stabilize this client by producing perfect payrolls, clearing past taxing and other big issues, while building a better client relationship.
Crane account is partial shared services, multi-state, multi-frequency payrolls of approx 8000 employees within the US. Providing excellent guidance and sharing knowledge to my payroll team of proper auditing and processing for each of the Clients 34 pay groups.
Develop departmental procedures to evaluate personnel skills required, tracking accuracy of task and timely results for client and VP reporting.
Member of the Core/Senior Team of Client-reporting directly to Nancy Antinarella, VP of Client Services Operations and to Steve Parker, Implementations Director, along with a host of others here at COS working to stabilize the client status with ADP COS Business.
