How would you describe your time at Qwest Wireless?
I am an Assistant Manager that handles face to face customer inquiries in regards to Qwest product offering including DirecTV, Sprint and Verizon Wireless Cell Solutions, pricing, billing, etc. I assist the Sales Store Manager in training and developing new employees. I also assist the manager in resolving operational day to day issues and handling customer escalations. Always attempting to maximize sales and profitability through focusing on key business initiatives, store presentation, marketing execution, inventory management, loss prevention, risk management, and daily operational costs....

How would you describe your time at Verizon?
I started with Verizon (formally GTE) in 1979. It was and still is company that I was very loyal to and loved working for them very much. I started as a 411 operator and moved up the ladder to become a Certified Technical Trainer. This is the position that I have loved most and feel that it was my career. I love the trainer position for many reason and no reason that I dislike. I hope to be hired again as an Instructor....
