What was your first job?

I started working when I was thirteen as a substitute dance teacher, for Cheri Coleman at Springfield School of Classical Dance. I've danced since I was four and started performing in a children's dance company at nine. We were responsible for all the elements of our performances. Costumes, lighting, props, and set changes were the responsibility of the company members, all under the age of eighteen. We were a repertoire dance company and toured performing for schools as well as performing for the general public.... read more

How would you describe your time at Cornerstone Church?

While working for Cornerstone Church, I was able to maximize my organization skills. I was responsible for the entire broadcast department. I edited the weekly broadcast for Channel 5 and FOX17, as well as weekly video announcements and videos to support the sermon or missions projects. I also organized special events, such as 4th of July Celebration, Memorial Day, and Easter. I was also responsible for a staff of 30 volunteers. These volunteers were unexperienced and required training in their assigned duties. I also maintained relationships with engineers and sales representatives.... read more

Recommendations

I have enjoyed working with Elizabeth for the past few years as she grew from a volunteer to a full-time video position. Her work has impressed me from the start. She is always on time, which is important to me, she has a great sense of humor, and can run with any project you give her. She is eager to learn and if given a challenging project Elizabeth will figure it out, and make it better than we can imagine. Her creativity soars, as well as her great ability to organize a department.
