What's your ideal work environment?
Good communication with everyone involved so that everyone is always in on the same page of what we are working towards. People work better when they know why they are working. You don't tell a brand ambassador "Just hand this out and smile", you explain to everyone involved what the goals of the promotion are and what is to be expected. Anytime you can give ownership to an employee it makes that employee more consistent and involved with their work which makes for a better outcome. I enjoy being a leader and a manager because it is rewarding to help improve coworkers and utilize their strengths to better improve the whole of the group....
