1.Oversee strategic planning.

6.Identify, understand and implement strategic and alternate solutions to current and future operational challenges by researching and identifying similar organizations with like goals. Build and maintain strategic contacts through professional associations to keep abreast of competitive issues and best practices.
7.Direct the organization's departments to ensure they are strategically and efficiently structured and staffed to best serve customer needs. Ensure that strategies and procedures are documented, effective, communicated and implemented consistently throughout the organization to lead to cost-effective solutions that contribute to high customer satisfaction.
8.Direct the Legal and Risk Management evaluation of the business. Coordinate the preparation and review of all intellectual property, contractual and other legal work of the organization, working closely with outside counsel and the CFO.
9.Ensure the highest quality service and operational standards with a focus on consistent superior performance and financial accountability in all aspects of organization operations.
