Effectively managed a group of 25 engineers responsible for electrical design, documentation and verification of electrical systems, electronic modules and application specific integrated circuits (ASICs & FPGAs) and for development of packaging designs and circuit interconnect for complex electronic modules.
Responsible for project cost, schedule and technical performance.
Led the development of an ISO-9001 compliant system of development processes for engineering design control. Trained the engineering staff and supported a successful ISO-9001 registration and on-going audits.
Implemented and evolved top-down (VHDL), synthesis-based design methodologies with emphasis on design verification through digital and analog simulation and analysis at the device, module and system level.
