What path did you take to your current career?
I was a paralegal for a few years but I was not satisfied with this career and decided to make a change and work on human resources. I worked for a large corporation as a HR Recruitment manager and I specialized Internet recruitment. I wanted to deal more with people than machine - so I sought out recruiter positions. Because I have experience as a paralegal, becoming a legal recruiter was a perfect fit....
