How would you describe your time at Fidelity Investments?

Track record of success at Fidelity Investments:

In my role as a Regional Consultant I was responsible for driving new brokerage and retail investment business from existing institutional clients, as well as acquiring new business through networking, marketing and direct sales. In 2007 I was
given the Chairmans Award in recognition of my accomplishments in attaining Fidelitys growth initiatives. This deferred compensation award is given to the top ten percent of performers in the Regional Consultant role. The Investor Center I represented was the top ranked branch in the NY Tri-State region. I was responsible for over $25 million in new net sales for this investor center in 2007.

As a Relationship Manager I was responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and profitability on a 28 client, $3.2 billion book of business. In this role I was charged with enhancing and deepening the existing relationships with institutional clients. In over five years as a Relationship Manager I had a 100% client retention rate and achieved the highest client satisfaction scores of thirty Relationship Managers twice in those five years. I was routinely asked to be the lead on all major sales calls for new business development. My book of business maintained a 40% profit margin.

Facilitate and leverage relationships with key external contacts:

One of my major responsibilities as a Regional Consultant was to facilitate a good working relationship with centers of influence in the community. Namely, I partnered with attorneys, CPAs, third party administrators and independent security brokers to expand our sales. These efforts led to countless leads and referrals and was a big part of the over $25 million in new net sales I was responsible for in 2007.

In my prior role as a Relationship Manager, I built strong working relationships with many of Fidelitys key client organizations from both public and private institutions. My clients were Human Resource executives, CFOs, Business Officers and Investment Committees.

I have a unique mix of practical business experience, strong interpersonal skills and exposure to the equity markets that would enable me to excel in many different positions.
