What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?
Pay attention to the details, but don't let running the business or managing people consume your time. Take control over what you do on a regular basis and keep your eye on the revenue line. Anyone can cut expenses, you will reap huge benefits establishing personal realtionships with your top 10 to 20 cusotmers at the senior level....
