How would you describe your time at Bauer Properties?

First, I was the Chief Acquisitions Officer & Consultant for Property Dynamics, Inc., an apartment building acquisition firm and was responsible for the purchase and sale of over $100 million in investment properties; later, I personally purchased, sold, and brokered the sale of multiple single family homes throughout the country. Since 2006, I have become extremely adept at mortgage loan workouts and "short sales" with national lenders.
