How would you describe your time at AIG?
(Formerly American General Financial Group) Promoted from Sr. Staffing Consultant to lead operational recruiting support efforts for four key AIG divisions (nationally) including: recruiting systems, process and workflow enhancements, web-based tools and resources, vendor management, and program support, including college recruiting. Additionally, producing quarterly and ad hoc reports on source utilization, compliance, and key recruiting metrics. Key projects and initiatives: PeopleClick Implementation and workflow enhancements; Service Level Agreement; Branding initiative; Web Site integration; Case management protocols. Currently manage a staff of five. Approximately 4000 employees (locally)....
