How would you describe your time at Kaiser Permanente Health Plan?

Program Manager with Sales and Account Management Leadership to successfully deliver a Broker Strategy Program team managing 6 work streams with multiple/integrated deliverables. This included development of the governance model, reporting structure, meeting criteria and measures of success.

Mentor for direct reports as well as other business resources on Project Management Methodology, Six Sigma and Change Management. Activities include training on tools and techniques as well as strategic guidance on managing stakeholders.

Lead multi-functional project teams for implementing a Kaplan Norton balance scorecard methodology for managing performance. This included the implementation of supporting software (ActiveStratey).
